The Explanation: Text encodings are a science in themselves. In fact our Apps write total faultlessy UTF-8, which is a standard today, however it's still not recognized by every application. As far as we've tested, all standard applications on Windows 7 and Vista, excepting "Editor", can handle UTF-8.
The Solution: Use Windows "Wordpad" instead of "Editor" and the formatting survives.
