Further data collection when using optional services

In our applications you have the possibility to dictate text. Dictation is a feature of Apple made available by the operating system of your device. In use, the speech is processed by a third party (e.g., Apple or vicarious agents) as the pesponsible controller and the result is delivered to our app. For details of the functionality and how to turn it on or off, please contact Apple.

In addition to the local storage of your device and the storage on private servers, our applications allow you to use cloud services and sharing functions of other companies. These include Dropbox, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Evernote, BOX or your telecommunication service provider. When using these services, your files will be processed by a third party (such as Apple or Dropbox) as the company in charge with whom you have previously entered into a license agreement. For details of this agreement, the functionality of the service, and how you may cancel its use, please contact the appropriate service provider.
